hmmmm...what's the good mayor up to?

the mccain campaign issued the following press release this afternoon:

ARLINGTON, VA -- U.S. Senator John McCain's presidential campaign today announced that former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani will hold a media availability in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania on Thursday, March 13th.

the hotline speculates that mayor giuliani will be announcing that he is the vp selection committee chairman.

i had been a rudy guy from january 2007 until the bitter end, but i'd be the first to say that if sen. mccain wants to reassure social conservatives, he should pick someone else to head this committee.
