Are any House Republicans actually running in 2008?

Yet another Republican Congressman is retiring after finishing out the 110th Congress:

Rep. Tom Reynolds (R-N.Y.) is set to announce today that he will retire from the House upon the conclusion of his current term. Reynolds will make the announcement at a 12 p.m. event in Buffalo and a 2 p.m. event in Rochester, according to sources.

Here is a map of the district. Judging from the location, I'd say it will be almost impossible for the GOP to keep the seat in November.
However, the seat does have a Cook Partisan Voting Index Score of R+3, so keep your fingers crossed that the NRCC finds a good candidate.
